Accredited Mediation Training across Sussex Surrey and Kent
Mediation Skills Training
Mediation is fast becoming an important service within the community, to help people address problems and to avoid conflict and litigation. With fewer services available from within the statutory sector, mediation is promoted by the government as a serious way to help families, organisations and communities deal with conflict.
Mediation Plus has been offering a highly regarded comprehensive training course for our mediators and other agencies for over a decade. We are now offering this as an accredited course with Open College Network London. Our next training course starts on January 14th and is accredited with Open College Network, London Region (6 credits at level 3). For more information and to apply call Joan on 01323 442781 or use the 'contact us' form in this website.
We also offer community based mediation training on an accredited on unaccredited basis for community groups and associations, community workers, tenants and residents groups or any other organisation who would benefit from learning mediation skills.
Intergenerational Mediation Training
This training course was originally written for our own Time2Talk service mediators to add the specific skills needed to their core mediation training so that they can work with children and young adults. We can now offer this training to other mediation services or mediation practitioners interested in working with this client group.
Workplace Mediation Training
This five day workplace mediation training course explores the fundamentals of mediating in the workplace and enables participants to develop their skills through a variety of engaging input, role play and coaching. This programme has been running since 2014 with outstandingly positive feedback from participants - 100% of participants say they would recommend this Accredited Workplace Mediation Training.
